Cheeca Lodge & Spa is located in Islamorada, Florida on Upper Matecumbe Key, on the Atlantic Ocean side of Overseas Highway (U.S. 1), 75 miles south of Miami, at Mile Marker 82. Temperatures average in the 70's in the winter and in the 80's in the summer, with an almost constant ocean breeze.
